The main website of a global company, and an in-house design team that worked like an agency.
Brand, WebsiteBerries
A jewellery brand’s whole online store, and a dashboard where the team follows sales and results.

Context
Berries is a Polish jewellery brand with its own store on Shopify. The store was already live when we started working together. Today I look after everything that happens in it: how the store looks and works, the language versions, measurement, the set-up of ads and newsletters, and the tools the team uses every day.

Challenge
Sales, ads, newsletters and stock levels sat in separate tools, and each counted results its own way. A simple question about how sales were going meant checking several places. The team also needed instructions so they could change content in the store themselves.

Solution
I design and build changes to the store myself, with AI tools. Larger ones go to a test version first and are published only after that. I’m sorting out measurement so that numbers from Shopify, Google, Meta and Klaviyo can be compared. On that data I built the team’s dashboard: sales with the yearly plan and forecast, stock, marketing, a discount simulator and a knowledge base with instructions. Everyone signs in with Google and sees the parts they have access to.

Outcome
The team checks results in one place, alongside the plan for the whole year. Daily sales summaries arrive on Slack. I keep developing the store and the dashboard. The numbers in the dashboard screenshots are invented.
