What I store

The site may store your language choice in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie. I store your analytics choice and its date in your browser as meegatch_consent.

With your consent I use PostHog Cloud in the EU, provided by PostHog, Inc., to collect page views, clicks, scroll information and session recordings. I also use heatmaps showing clicks, cursor movement and scrolling. Data is stored in the EU; the provider and its subprocessors may also process it outside the European Economic Area. Form inputs are masked in recordings. Recordings are kept for 30 days. Analytics events are kept for 84 months; PostHog deletes older events during its next monthly cleanup.

Your consent

The legal basis for analytics is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time through Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Contact and your rights

You can contact me by email. You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and to restrict or object to processing, subject to the conditions in the GDPR. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
